Cookies and cream cupcakes!

It's been so long since I last posted, been so busy with post HSC life, starting uni and everything else that I haven't really had time to bake. Well, I just completely forgot until someone mentioned this the other day to me, and I was thinking 'oh yeah'....

I knew it'd be another phase..

So here's what I made for the first UNSW " Meet and Eat " last week

Cookies and Cream Cupcakes!

So pretty much what you need is a plain vanilla cupcake as a base, add crushed or whole oreos on the bottom of the patty before you put in the mixture and bake as usual.

For the icing, I used buttercream (mix of plain icing sugar and butter), sprinkle some crushed oreos and top with a mini oreo.

Hehe, this is what it turned out like...
